Established in 1989 and having over 30 years experience in the beauty industry we have gained a fantastic reputation, with most of our clients coming through word of mouth.

Our Policies

Cancellation and Rescheduling
We are introducing a deposit system to secure bookings.
Lately we have had a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations which, as a small business, impacts on our time and availability for other clients.We understand that plans change and life happens, but if you need to cancel please give us 24 hours notice.
Anything less than that will incur a charge of 20-25% of your total treatment cost unless we are able to refill the slot.

Late Arrivals
Please let us know as soon as possible. While we will always try to accomodate any change, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
